I started working on this album almost immediately after getting back into music in 2022. It was my first foray into serious composition. Most of the music here was produced with my first attempts at using virtual instruments after graduating past sound fonts and browser based DAWs. I really love most of the songs here, I came up with a completely novel idea to create a concept album so others could look at my portfolio and think I knew what I was doing in video game music. No one has ever had this idea before, I promise. Im being sarcastic, this idea isn’t original, but it is the first thing I suggest new composers do when building their portfolio without a serious project to work on. It actually scored me my first soundtrack which lead to. Y first official Spotify release. It paid off. I particularly love the tracks Wake Up, Explorer, Lullaby For An Exotic Planet, and Exploration Suite.
